Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your booking process?

I require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. I will not hold the date for you until the deposit has been paid. Once the deposit is paid and contract is signed, we get started! Fill out the inquiry form to book!!

2. How will I receive my gallery?

I deliver final galleries via Pixieset, an online gallery service that is password-protected and allows you to order prints. Please note that I do not deliver RAW (unedited) image files.

3. How soon will I receive my photos?

My turnaround time for portrait sessions is 2-3 weeks, and for weddings it is 8-10 weeks with previews in 48 hours. If you would like your images by a certain date, please let me know upon booking and we can talk about an expedited turnaround!

4. Can you retouch my photos?

During my editing process, I remove anything that is not normally there (bruises, pimples, etc.) but I do not do any body modifications and I do not outsource for this. You are beautiful just as you are!

5. Do you travel?

Yes! I love to travel and would be thrilled to go anywhere in the world for your vision!

6. What if we have to reschedule?

I understand, life happens!! If we have to reschedule due to illness or bad weather, I am happy to do so. After a no-show I will require an additional fee in order to re-book.

7. When can I expect to hear from you?

My business hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm (excluding holidays and vacations). I will respond to messages and inquiries in the order they were received, within 48 hours during those times. Any delays will be directly communicated to you, and if you don't hear from me, feel free to reach back out!
